Role Overview

• Lead onsite and remote client consultations across multiple technical disciplines.
• Manage and track all ongoing projects, ensuring on-time deliveries.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for executive management.
• Ensure that projects meet high standards of quality and compliance.
• Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects: Oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of the project.
• Project planning: Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Team coordination: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Risk management: Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Stakeholder management: Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Quality assurance: Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budget. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Methodology and tools: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira) is required. Use these methodologies to drive the successful completion of projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in software development or technology.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira).
• Proven experience in leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
