Role Overview

As a Senior UI/UX Designer at MTechZilla, you will lead the design efforts for various web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create user-friendly and visually appealing designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to final hand-off to development.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand and incorporate technical and business requirements into design.
• Ensure consistent and high-quality visual standards across all projects.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
• Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
